Position: Cook (Offshore)

- 2 years of experience working in kitchen
- Medically fit & healthy
- Able to work in shifts
- Valid T-Bosiet.
- Able to develop and prepare Asian & Western cuisines and recipes.
- Plan menus and ensure quantity and quality of meals to be served meets customers satisfaction.
- Ensure all food and ingredients are fresh.
- Inspect and ensures all supplies, equipment, food storage areas and work areas are clean and hygienic and safe to operate.
- Knowledge in material orders and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
- Very quality and quantity of food and kitchen supplies required for daily activities and various functions.
- Estimate the amount and kind of food to be orders for day to day operations and functions.
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 80 / Day
Employment Type: Full Time
