Position: Creative Director

â€¢ You will be the creative champion for both our Company and Clients.
â€¢ You will work closely with our team of creative designers, strategists, information architects and technologists to create compelling 360 experiences that continually pushes the boundaries across multiple platforms and Omni-channels.
â€¢ You will be responsible for managing all creative operations including team management and quality of work production.
â€¢ You will mentor and grow your team´s capabilities and continually motivate them to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications (Your skill points)
â€¢ Minimum 6-8 yearsâ€™ experience in a senior position in the creative industry, in-house and/or agency-side.
â€¢ Empathetic, passionate, ambitious, self-motivated and diligent as an individual and a team leader.
â€¢ A great personality and a good sense of humor is always welcome.
â€¢ An Award-winning portfolio is beneficial.
â€¢ Being Bi or Multilingual is a great asset.
â€¢ Excellent short and long form copy skills.
â€¢ Deep knowledge and interest in digital, social media, content and technology.
â€¢ Must be available to travel regionally with the potential of temporary relocation.
â€¢ Thorough knowledge of design (print and digital) software and technologies.
â€¢ Strong understanding of social, digital marketing, brand development, multi-channel marketing, information design and the topology of information for the web.
Creative Responsibilities (The Must and Should Haves)
â€¢ Strong understanding of nuances of the ASEAN and APAC markets and experience working across regional campaigns.
â€¢ Ability to understand, decipher and communicate cultural nuances and sensitivities across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
â€¢ Champion the culture values and growth of the Agency across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
â€¢ Establish and contribute to a high standard of creative and award-winning work that will champion the Agency to be known for excellence in the APAC and ASEAN region. Building brand equity for the Agency to become a first choice for brands and talents to be a part of.
â€¢ Collaborate across Agency departments to develop and deliver impactful creative campaigns and digital assets that will produce measurable and sustainable marketing results.
â€¢ Hands on creative development from concept to implementation.
â€¢ Provide quality assurance to all creative deliverables.
â€¢ Plans, develops and defends budget recommendations, work goals, measurements and training requirements necessary to raise the Agency´s creative standards.
â€¢ Develop digital knowledge and skills across the department and Agency.
â€¢ Keep up to date with new technologies, rapidly evolving cultural and social trends to position the Agency as a pioneer in relevant ideation and creative output.
â€¢ Build, manage and lead a young creative team, improving individual and team performances, empowering young creatives to strengthen and develop their own personal skills.
â€¢ Lead and facilitate agile brainstorming sessions both internally and externally to formulate strategies and strong ideas that act as a foundation for the creative process.
â€¢ Identify and recruit outstanding talent.
â€¢ Be a strong component in leading the pitching process.
â€¢ Bring latest design trends, best practices and technical innovations across relevant digital platforms.
â€¢ Have a keen visual eye and strong knack for storytelling in order to act as the gatekeeper for quality control and the last pair of eyeballs.
â€¢ Understand customer experience imperatives and apply insights to develop omni-channel customer journeys.
â€¢ Redefine communication and creative strategies for a technology driven, digital-native world.
