Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering customer relationship strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty .
• Deciding on the customer relationship platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the customer relationship works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Overseeing direct communications with customers through the customer relationship.
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the customer relationship to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
Minimum Education / Qualification:
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in a fast paced environment and service industry
• Possess strong customer service orientation and proven excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrate ability to interpret customer needs correctly
• Results-driven and able to work under stress
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Relevant degree is preferred, or HND qualifications.
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 55 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 400 / Month
