Roles & Responsibilities :

Processing import and export documentations
Prepare and release of Delivery Order, Bill of Lading
Handle clients’ enquiry for shipment arrival, local payable charges, advising customer
and make container bookings
Accept bookings and assign container/seal to clients for export
Updating booking and container movement in Sovy system
TDR, lifting, projection and stock reporting preparation
Customer service coordination

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelo Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree from a relevant field /industry
Minimum 1 year working experience as Documentation Executive from
Shipping/Logistics/Forwarding industry
Familiar with container operations, customs clearance documentation and processes.
Computer literate with good working knowledge in Microsoft Office & Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in spoken and written English
