Position: Customer Service Executive (Laundry)
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Customer Management – Develop and implement the customer management capability with the guidance from the Operations Manager to meet the needs and expectations of the business and its customers.
Sales Related Activities – To ensure all the activities are towards giving the best service to customers as well as to achieve the given Sales Target.
Profitable Solutions – To ensure all customer contracts achieve minimum profitability through the effective use of pricing based on the principle of Value Gained for Value Received.
Administration – Ensure all required reports pertaining to Customer Development matters are managed on-time and prepared accurately and in line with the business requirements.
Care of Assets – Manage the assets of the business that are entrusted to, in accordance with policy.
Credit Management – Manage the effective collection of debtors for the business in line with the agreed targets and timeframes from the management.
Customer Service – Understand the needs of customers and meet them through the effective implementation of the RI Customer Service standards and procedures.
Environmental Health & Safety – Ensuring that the Customer Development team members are carrying out works in compliance with the Corporate EH&S Policy.
KPI Management – Strive to achieve the agreed KPI’s that are cascaded by the Branch Manager to the Customer Development Team and report the progress towards achievement as outlined in the Branch Reporting Guidelines and Reporting Pac.
Limit of Authority - Ensure the Authority Schedule is adhered to and permissions followed.
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
