Customer Service Operator

The Customer Service Operator is expected to serve guests at the counter, process carry out orders and serve our drive thru guest. They are also responsible for collecting payment for all meals served.
Essential functions:
• Provide hospitable service to all counter and/or Drive-thru guests following steps of service
• Maintain guest sensitivity at all times
• Take orders and accurately key them into the POS system
• Prepare and deliver drinks and other menu items in an expedient manner
• Process cash, credit, coupon and transactions quickly and correctly
• Stock, restock, clean and sanitize the counter/cash and/or Drive-thru area
• Maintain safety and security procedures as required
• Maintain uniform standards at all times
• Maintain company policies and standards at all times
• Complete any and all other tasks as assigned
Essential job requirements
• Ability to understand the speech of others (Must be well versed in Malay and English)
• Understandable speech
• Standing, bending, stretching and walking throughout the shift
• Maintain personal hygiene
• Ability to highly multitasking (taking multiple online orders)
• Push and pull heavy objects
• Ability to use a computer register and understand coding of recipe files
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills (Ability to count change)
• Retain verbal requests and arrangement of delivery services
• Retain menu item knowledge
• Ability to handle guest complaints
• Work well with others and post good teaming skills
• Comfortable and confident to be moved from outlet to outlet (to train
other junior staffs and being train by superiors)
• Maintain composure under stress
