DATA ENTRY
• Maintain data entry into database as per require by HR Manager/HR Executive.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client’s and candidates data and information.
• Responsible in resourcing candidates by advertising vacancies, contacting and any other source and to convert all the require information into database.
• Obtain process and then compile and sort data and information to convert into database.
• Provide complete documentation and information in database to HR personnel as when required.
• Regularly update data and information and maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible from time to time.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible in updating and providing the monthly database report to HR Manager.
• Responsible in preparing the entire related document for the interview.
• Assist in contacting shortlisted candidates for interview session.
• Assisting the department on daily administrative work as when required.
• Organize and filing all paperwork including shortlisted candidates documentation.
• To provide any related incoming information receive by internal or external source.
• Perform any other related duties and provide support with all ad-hoc request as per directed by HR Manager/HR Executive.

RECEPTIONIST

• Perform reception duties such as answering incoming calls, screening and taking notes on the message received.
• Welcoming and attending to client/guest/candidates in a professional manner and to handle their inquiries before proceed to HR Manager/HR Executive.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate/designated person/desk.
• To assist candidates walk in submission of CV and shortlisted candidates for interview.
• Provide efficient assistance to HR and office admin functions which will include ordering and maintain of stationery and pantry supplies.

HR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Adhere with management’s HR policies and procedures.
• To comply with HSE rules and regulations and promote workplace.


REQUIREMENT:
1. Must have computer knowledge
2. Have own transport and driving license
3. Willing to learn new task and multitasking

Education Required: GCE “O” Level
Age : 23 – 30 years old
Basic Salary : B$ 400/Month
