Job Description:

Deputy Contract Manager (HVAC):

- Should ensure that all associated WORK activities are carried out in accordance with the COMPANY requirements and should ensure that WORK is adequately estimated, pla
ed, supervised and executed to the satisfaction of the COMPANY.
- Should ensure satisfactory quality control measures, and coordinate all administrative matters, including material procurement, financial issues and should be the CONTRACTOR’s focal point for any communication with the COMPANY.
- Should be able to perform and provide details on trouble shooting and fault analysis
- Should be able to provide technical support and technical solution to rectify and resolve any failure on air-conditioning system and commercial refrigeration EQUIPMENT.
- Should be the CONTRACTOR focal point on any matter related to CONTRACT management and should have full authority in operating and managing the CONTRACT.
- Be able to communicate with all level of the CONTRACT and COMPANY PERSONNEL.
- Should have valid class three Brunei Darussalam driving license.
- Should be able to communicate and write in English and knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
- Should be able to write technical report on maintenance activities and fault analysis.
- Capability to provide cost estimate and engineering cost analysis where requested.
- Capability to negotiate and discuss any commercial and technical issues of the CONTRACT.
- Should attend Monthly Progress/HSS&E Meetings with the CONTRACT HOLDER and should be actively involved on site.
- Should be able to design the HVAC system as per the requirements mentioned in the proposal through various stages like designing, fabricating, and testing
- Should know to apply the technical expertise and knowledge that will support the designing, manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting and help in better delivery of the HVAC system
- Responsible to make an active contribution in the research and development efforts by understanding the HVAC advances that will match with the emerging technologies
- Accountable for the specification of sheet metal layout, components and the fabrication approaches
- Should monitor the execution of the developmental efforts and think of i
ovative ideas to build and design the HVAC system within the given budget and time
- Assist in the preparation of the performance of the equipment specification and data

Requirement:-

- Should have degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Air conditioning) background and possess a minimum of 12 years relevant experience in related field where minimum 8 years in managing and supervision of air-conditioning Systems, control and maintenance CONTRACT in oil and gas industry.
