1. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a TikTok strategy in line with the CI requirements, including shooting and editing
To plan, research content in line with the marketing calendar and the latest trends
Responsible for posting and scheduling all the TikTok videos
Source and edit any viral TikTok trends and recreate for individual brands
Identify TikTok trends and ensure audiences are reacting to these to help drive the growth of the accounts
Develop tactics for growing followers and engagement across each TikTok account meeting ambitious follower targets
Regularly report on the growth, engagement and views to the Marketing Manager
Feed into idea sessions for cross-platform series using your knowledge of the TikTok platform and audience
2. Essential Skills:
Knowledge of TikTok itself, including filming, editing and features
Experience in managing TikTok accounts (either personal or business accounts)
Experience in content creation and presentation of ideas
Experience in sourcing viral content
Experience in video editing
An understanding of social media analytics and how to apply learnings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with evidence of being able to balance projects and prioritise
A deep understanding of Tik Tok and the wider social and media landscape
Strong work ethic & ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines (face-paced environment)
