Position Summary:
Responsible for looking into the online/digital marketing strategies for the organization.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness
Drive website traffic and acquire leads as per targets
Maintain and supply content for the organization’s websites, social media channels, mobile apps, email and others to improve connection between the brand and consumer
Keep the company up to date with new digital innovations, technologies and disruptive innovation (an innovation that creates a new market and value network and eventually disrupts an existing market and value network, displacing established market-leading firms, products, and alliances. )
Minimum Qualification/Education:
Must have Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Must have led a digital marketing team for at least 3 years or manage an advertising company
Working experience in similar position for more than 5 years
Knowledge of web technology, social networking and viral marketing
Must know how to use technical language effectively and using all the appropriate internet jargon to make product and services innovative in the digital world.
Must know how to communicate key features of product and services to customers and staff who are not digital and technically savvy and literate
Must have strong interest in cars and future products
Must be able to contribute creatively about innovative approaches to marketing
Must understand what makes a good online marketing campaign
Must be able to work in a team in multidisciplinary environment
Having the following skills such as Copy writing, Content Marketing, Graphic Designing, video editing and web development is an advantage
Starting Salary:
B$1, 500. 00 per month
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
