We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children who have developmental delays, as well as their families, to provide support and services that promote optimal development. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement interventions that address the unique needs of each child. Your work will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a comprehensive approach to early intervention. You will also provide training and support to parents and caregivers, empowering them to effectively support their child´s development. Job Requirement :
• Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education, special education or a related field
• At least 5-10 years experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities
• Strong knowledge of child development and early intervention strategies
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans and implement intervention
• Provide support for children with unique needs and development delays
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as good teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with children, parents and colleagues.
Job Duties and responsibilities :

• Develop and distribute educational materials and resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Assist families in accessing additional services and resources.
• Promote awareness and understanding of early intervention services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the transition of children to elementary school or other educational settings.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
