Job Details:

Position: Executive secretary
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Description:

1) Provide administrative support to Managing Director and General Manager
2) Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointment, board meeting, conferences etc.
3) Attend meetings and keep minutes
4) Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages etc. )
5) Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
6) Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
7) Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned


- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Degree in business administration or other relevant qualifications
- Experient in Corporate Secretarial role will be an advantage

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
