Position: F&B ANALYST

Job Description:
Job Specific: Reporting and analysis
Complete weekly pricing fluctuation reports for review by Executive Chef
Review daily purchases for historical pricing trends and report to management
Provide daily F&B management, which will include daily costs as a percentage of total sales
Monitor accuracy of month-end food and beverage costs as reported and compare to theoretical/potential costs
Variances of month-end cost of bottle product to budgeted cost and explained to management
Track, analyze and report to management product costs per cover
Review weekly food and beverage cost flash report prepared to determine accuracy and areas for improvement
Maintain Campus pricing standards and compliance.
Inventory Maintenance
Monitor database for accuracy of pricing and pack size
Spot-check and document the accuracy of perpetual inventory
Assist and train operations in the use and maintenance and inventory count sheets
Monitor old stock, distribute to operations, review plans to utilize the product on a monthly basis
Train operations on proper inventory procedures including counting and inputting. Monitor and document monthly results.
Audit procedures in place for Cost Control
Spot-check delivery invoices against purchase requisition and verify pricing accuracy
Complete random cost analysis of F&N products.
Monitor the maintenance of beverage pars, audit compliance and utilization of bottle stickers, spot check for accuracy
Ensure that House F&B charges are properly reported
Special Project Analysis – ie. F&B Concept changes
Assist A/P with resolving any billing issues
Assist Storeroom team in cleaning up of open POs and unbilled receiving reports
Notify Director of Finance promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications: Required:
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, receiving and storage procedures and production
Working knowledge of computer software to include SAP inventory database, Word, Excel, power point.
Effective organizational and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holiday
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Food Service Management.
Experience:
Five years’ experience in food and beverage cost control or purchasing.
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
