Minimum 3 years experiences and above in F&B Managerial Position is an advantage and bonus for applicant.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all operational matters of outlets.
• Assist to prepare and maintain standard operations process (SOPs) of outlets and ensure SOPs are duly complied with by all outlets.
• Monitor all outlet’s expenses and ensure actual expenses are within budgeted range to ensure the profitability of outlets.
• Monitor sales targets of outlets to ensure overall company sales target is met.
• Conduct periodic outlets inspection that is conducted promptly and adequately, generate inspection report to report findings to both management and licensee.
• Identification and report of issues that may affect sales, production, or delivery of services, and propose solutions to promptly address operational problems.
• Assist in the development of new products and execute new product roll-out plan.
• Conducting 1 on 1 meeting with each store manager every week.
• Monitor staffing status for all outlets and ensure all outlets are adequately staffed with experienced staff.
• Conduct training for all newly joined outlets staff and periodic training to further equip outlet staff with new operational knowledge.
• Monitor staff performance of all outlets and ensure actions are in place to address outlet staff issues promptly.
• Assist in new outlet opening, including matters not limited to outlet renovation, ordering of outlet equipment & raw material, and hiring & training of new outlet staff.
• Ensure planned marketing campaigns have been duly communicated to a wall outlet for proper rollout.
• Assist in report generation and present operational findings and insights.
• Audit for equipment, supplies, and materials
• Leading the Boost customer experience throughout all stores.

Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Bachelor´s Degree in business administration /Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
• Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is essential.
• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
• Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfill tasks on outlet operations.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the events
• Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations records
• Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team
