- Has driving passion for creative content or storytelling (have knowledge in making and producing ´´trend´´ or ´´Instagram-able worthy´´ social media images/ content / video) including Staying up to date with the latest trends across all the social media networks
- Have experience in planning Social media calendars, able to schedule date ahead of content via social media.
- Tech Savvy in digital marketing. Graphic Design skills is an advantage.
- Able to liaise and attract bloggers, influencers, being of service to direct customers via the social media channels. Create relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
- Strong organization, meeting deadline, time management skills, creative, good communication skills - especially on feedback & complaints received from social media and emails for investigation and service recovery.
- Clerical Function (e. g. issuing and producing vouchers, creating promotional advert, sending memo on latest promotions, event managing)
- Reports directly to the Head of Marketing and CEO
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development in Digital Marketing campaign & Content Strategy
- Managing the day-to-day - social media for company outlets, websites, mobile apps, and etc.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
- Creating memo to inform respective departments on latest promotional campaign, sponsorship, collaboration with malls and media, vouchers redemption, etc. via emails
- Cost check and liaise with processing center / supplier for all the current pricelist for stocks (raw stocks) and to update accordingly (the increase or changes of food list in outlet).
