Financial Controller / Senior Accountant

About the role:

Financial Controller is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. A Financial Controller may also be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as compliance with government regulations. To ensure the company´s financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities and as a company’s lead accountant.

Requirements:

Must possess full set of Accounts.
Have knowledge in Auditing will be an advantage.

Work Duties / Responsibilities:

Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances.
Reviewing the company´s financial statements to ensure they are accurate.
Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
Forecasting future financial performance.
Preparing and analysing budgets.
Providing accurate financial reports to management.
Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Oversee accounting activities and ensure that ledgers accurately reflect money coming in and out of the company.
Professional responsible for preparing a company´s financial reports, which include balance sheets and income statements.
Collaborates with external auditors and ensures the company follows all reporting guidelines and procedures.
Responsible for setting and monitoring targets while keeping an eye on the performance of company departments to ensure they meet their set goals.
