Full-time Chef Assistant

Kitchen crew assists in kitchen operation, cooking, food preparation, manages inventory and ensure the kitchen is clean and safe. Kitchen crew also ensure food safety by measuring cooked food temperature and check chiller temperatures, recording data, and maintaining cleanliness through a daily, weekly and monthly checklist.

- Punctual and willing to learn
- Own transportation (for local)
- Able to carry heavy wok and supplies
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Work ~8 hours per day, 1 hour break
- 1 off day on Tuesday only
- Subok area
