Position: GUEST SERVICE AGENT (RECEPTION)

• Provide the perfect customer service experience.
• Friendly and able to speak in English
• Handles the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guests with the quality standards.
• Answering the telephone, performing guest transactions and operating the front office System.
• Provide guests with information about attractions, services, and activities in or outside the hotel.
• Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Attend to customers in a warm, courteous and professional manner.
• Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Able to work shift hours
• No Transport problem
