Job Details:

Position: General Clerk (Mandarin Speaking Preferred)
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Answering in-coming and out-going call, faxes, receive visitor
• Handle all purchasing activities including raw material, direct production material, spare part, transportation, office supplies and others
• Follow up all purchase from issuance of PO to the delivery of item to SP
• Update all parties on the latest raw and direct material price
• Confirm receipt of materials and quality issues
• Handle all receiving and issuing DO
• Ensure PO & DO numbers are running smoothly in accounting system
• Key-in stock in & out for finish good and raw material
• Assist in stock check and key-in system
• Filling all documentation Accounting tasks
• Filling payment vouchers, invoices and suppliers and creditors invoices
• Manage Form E
• Print reference number for all invoices and DO
• Ensure all payment vouchers and invoices are in running number
• Update daily invoices and DO in record book
• Update weekly production record

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 20 - 26 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
