1. To OVERSEE the business operation of restaurant and kiosk
2. To resolve all store matters when encounter, provide solution to the matters and compile reports to head office for references.
3. To based in outlets or operation office, supervising, training and guiding the Supervisor, Kitchen Crews, Baristas and Lobby Crew of the branch.
4. To relief supervisor during their rest day or annual leave.
5. To provide feedback on branches operation during the Management Meeting and ensuring all Memo from Head Office are delegate to staffs correctly.
6. To compile CHAMPS report, resolve the reports finding with Branch Supervisor, and submit to Head Office for recording.
7. To work closely with Marketing Executive on any branch, provide feedback for the promotion.
8. To present outlet sales performance report during Management Meeting and provide solution on achieving KPI
1. 5 Years and Above experiences at Operation Manager level or similar, in Food and Beverage industries or hospitality
2. Degree or Diploma holder in Food and Beverages, Business Major, Hospitality or any related
3. Owned transport and able to travel within Brunei Area
4. Willing to based in outlet, working on shift, during weekend or public holiday
5. Proven track record of previous employment on managing multiple business operation.
