Position: HR Admin Officer
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

A brief summary on the minimum job scopes:

(a) To act as the face of HR for the company by ensuring that HR matters are conducted professionally and that HR matters are managed fairly and promptly to enhance employees experience and engagement in the company;
(b) To deliver high-quality HR administration and day-to-day HR services including but not limited to personnel calendar management, proper handling of employees HR queries, preparation of employment contracts and documents, managing of exit procedures, etc. ;
(c) To report updates to key department personnel regarding day-to-day HR matters (e. g. leaves, appointments, etc. ) in a timely manner;
(d) To manage “cradle-to-grave” HR operations from recruitment to terminations;
(e) To support management by providing HR advice, counsel, and decisions and analysis;
(f) To ensure prompt and accurate handling of payroll administration in compliance to national regulations (e. g. TAP, SCP, etc. ) and internal governance standards (i. e. internal company KPIs);
(g) To maintain accurate internal and external HR database and up-to-date employee records including proper employee file administration in a timely manner;
(h) To communicate and advise employees on HR guidelines and policies through briefing sessions or presentations on HR related topics to employees;
(i) To encourage open discussion with employees on all HR-matters related to their work through effective communication, and providing constant feedback.
(j) To provide administrative support as and when required (e. g. prepare HR-related letters, assist with employment pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, company insurance records etc. )

Minimum requirements for job candidates:

- Have at least three (3) years of working experience in relevant HR work experience or related fields;
- Have excellent language proficiency in both English and Malay;
- Have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office products;
- Treat colleagues with respect and be able to communicate well with accurate information;
- Be professional and have strong work ethic;
- Comply with company’s rules and regulations;
- Able to manage and handle deadlines, work pressure and stress well;
- Complete all job tasks orderly and on time;
- Be willing to give, accept, and learn from workplace constructive feedback with fellow co-workers.

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
