Job Description:
Qualification Requirement:
• BTEC / HND in Human Resource Management / Business Studies/ Administration
• Medically fit to work
• At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the related field especially in Oil & Gas Industries
• Preferably a Local or Brunei PR
Task & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for human resourcing and training administration
• Experienced in human resource management
• Liaise with the company on all matters relating to the LBD and government agency
• Ensure that LBD plan is implemented and monitored
• Responsible to record and submit Personnel Man-Hours Report, Personnel Leave Report, Personnel Overtime Man-Hours Report on a monthly basis
• To monitor personnel leave management and inform the management to arrange replacement
• To attend meeting conducted by the company representative along with the client representative
