To track Payroll Advice forms upon Line manager & MD approval – New staff / joiners
To record Bank opening accounts / TAP & SCP Accounts for tracking.
Provide opening bank accounts documentations and appointments for new / existing staffs.
Reconcile and track staffs new bank accounts and changes of bank account – MD Approval.
Maintains payroll information by collecting, re-calculating, and entering data.
Maintain new schedule update from Ops team requirements every 1st week of the month – Site/Project transfers
Provide monthly reports to SHE Executive every 15th of the month on Excess/Overtime/PH Hour claims and headcounts- Regional requirements.
Probationary staffs tracking – Admin & Service for salary/ leave adjustments.
Tracking Finish contract staffs schedule – Providing Internal Memo upon approval of their PER & Tickets
Maintaining process of Finish contract staffs salary by Payment Voucher- before 15th of the month / unrenew / end of month FC arrivals.
Keep on track resignations / terminations staff salary process payments.
Maintain submission of attendance report from IT dept – Admin payroll requirements
Maintaining Cash Floats & Personal Claims under Admin Payroll information’s by recalculating, collecting and entering data upon Line manager & MD Approval – Requirements both soft & hard copy
Telephone deduction and Sales Commission to be provided by Finance Dept – Admin Payroll requirements
Updates payroll records by entering changes in QPay on adjusting of salary, allowances, lead commission, local incentive, deductions, and resignation & terminations.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of Service payrolls and reconciliation report to be submitted to Finance for further process and approval.
To update monthly payroll report – Serviceman Monitoring Payroll Report & OT Focus Payroll Report
Prepares summaries for Employees Trust fund (TAP) & Employees Supplemental Contribution Pension (SCP) contributions and payment processes.
Updating E-Amanah website under Company accounts – Removing and updating resignation staffs & new joiners.
Maintaining update of Brunei Data every 3rd of the month – HRM Monthly requirements
Clearance form / checklist update – Resignation / Terminations staffs
Providing Certificate of Employments and track serial number – Staff requirements
Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To prepare the document for Maternity Leave claim and to be submitted to MOF for further process
Monthly checking and filing of Payroll Confidential documentations for Audit purpose and Security reason.
Other ad hoc as required by line manager.
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
