Job Details:
Position: HR Programme Officer (Contract - Renewable)
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Key Responsibilities:
A) Operational Excellence - acts as 2nd level escalation point for HR Services & Operations on issue/problem resolution - ensures policies, sops, workflow and processes are appropriately developed, reviewed periodically, documented, organised and communicated to all stakeholders where relevant - champions in running HR to drive operational excellence with a business mindset
B) Organisational initiatives - drives structural development, takes ownership & creates value-add support to achieve organisational goals assigned under HR´s purview - drives effective communication, engagement, education and awareness in various organisational and HR policies & programs
C) Project Delivery - manages projects end to end by positively influencing immediate stakeholders and customers to drive success implementation & delivery
D) HR Analytics & Reporting - manages People Master Data & Dashboard and highlighting important analytics with recommendations that contribute towards positive people and organisation change
Qualifications:
1) Either HND in Management-related courses with at least full 5-8 years experience in similar assignment/organisational settings or;
2) Bachelor´s degree in Management-related areas with at least 3-5 years experience in similar assignment/organisational settings;
3) Demonstration of strong results in Maths/Quantitative Analysis, Business Languages and Management results will be an added advantage
Key Requirements:
1) Strong written & verbal language (IELTS equivalent of 6. 5 & above for all 4 components in English Language)
2) Exposure & solid experience in HR/Organisation transformation Project Delivery
3) Highly competent in data analysis, organisation & knowledge management
4) Strong ownership & positive attitude in learning, taking initiative and drive to achieve & deliver
5) Proven track record in managing HR spectrum as HR generalist
6) Drive to perform with service excellence & business mindset
7) Mature with strong emotional intelligence with proven track record in coaching and counseling in the workplace;
8) Independent, resourceful and ability to thrive in highly-stressed, matrixed and complex environment
9) Keen to develop a career in Human Capital/People related expertise
10) Open to being coached and mentored for improvements towards career development
