JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Head of Strength & Conditioning functions as Jab Gym’s Head Coach that specializes in Strength & Conditioning. The Head of Strength & Conditioning is responsible for delivering Jab Gym’s unique fitness experience by managing, planning, directing and designing fitness programs to continually enhance the knowledge and skills of Jab Gym instructors with the goal ensuring consistent standard in Jab Gym instructors’ deliverables.
Under the general direction of the Fitness Manager, this position will manage all Strength & Conditioning phases of all Jab Gym’s performance training programs that allows all Jab Gym Fitness Instructors to incorporate and deliver continuous improvement in clients’ athletic performance, reducing injuries and teaching long-life fitness and movement skills.
The Head of Strength & Conditioning is also expected to work in the following capacity: Curating and development of fitness programs, reviews all Jab Gym instructors’ classes, acts as the Fitness Specialist host, conducts masterclasses and teach classes as fitness instructors.
