Construction / Engineering Jobs
- Broad and diverse technical experience administering and managing Helpdesk related tasks.
- Improve the level of service provided to helpdesk customers by introducing more effective processes and tools.
- Create and track meaningful helpdesk metrics.
- Participate in on call rotation.
- Participate in off hours patching and maintenance.
- Track and update open trouble tickets and escalation of problems in ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other technical teams and personnel with resolution of issues
- Maintain appropriate security documentation and apply security patches per policies and directives.
- 5 years of working experiences in Construction Engineering.
- Diploma in Building / Mechanical Engineering or any other related experience with Construction engineering.
- 25 - 45 years old
- Valid Driving License Class ´3´
