Hiring Apparel Beader

Job description
TASKS:
* Ability to attach beads and buttons to garments
* Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery time frames.
* Neatness is one of our top priorities, should be able to work neatly to achieve a perfect outfit.
* Candidate must be detail-oriented.
* Taking full responsibility from start to finish of an outfit.
* Must be able to take corrections and make adjustments.
* Handling company property with care.
* hand-stitch garment details, embroider
* assist other seamstresses as needed
* Work closely with tailors and designers to accurately represent beading requirements/ designs.
* Draw patterns for beadwork.
* Bead outfits.
* Embellish garments.
* Fix accessories on garments.
* Determine the most appropriate pattern to embellish.
* Work with the production lead to select embellishments.
* Ensure all garments worked on go through the production supervisor for quality checks.
* Perform all related tasks as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* at least 3 years of work experience in the garments industry
* able to do basic hand stitches
* ability to operate embroidery machine a plus
* other duties as assigned
