Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the overall Human resourcing and training administration;
2. Dedicated fully to implement the contractor LBD development plan which to be in-line with the contract;
3. Responsible for the delivery of the LBD KPI
4. Experienced in human resourcing of this nature;
5. Ensure that the LBD plan is implemented and monitored;
6. Responsible to record and submit Perso
el Man-Hours Report , Perso
el Leave Report, Perso
el Overtime Man-Hours Report on a monthly basis
7. Responsible to manage any Perso
el issues in a fast and acceptable ma
er along with the CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIVE and HSE Coordinator


Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 28 - 60 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
