Job Description:
1. Managing the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conduction interviews, conduction reference and background checks, darting offer letters
2. Managing the on-boarding process for new employees
3. Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files
4. Administering employee benefits
5. Maintaining the employee handbook and organizational staffing chart
6. Overseeing the annual employee review process
7. Creating policies & procedures
8. Tracking employee performance documentations
9. Addressing personnel-related issues
10. Participating in disciplinary and termination meetings
11. Ensuring management actions conform to employee handbook and labour laws
12. Completing and submitting paperwork to external agencies
13. Adminsitrative support
14. Filling and records
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 28 - 38 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
