Position: Human resource clerk

Job Description:
• Posting job advert and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Preparing new employee files
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
• Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
• familiar with government processes at Immigration Dept and Labour Dept
• Computer literate
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 28 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 550 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
