Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting such as sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
* Assist in filing duties.
* Reroute calls to appropriate people.
* Help organize office activities.
* Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers.
* Retrieve files for personnel.
* Perform data entry.
* Checking monthly stock lists.
* Key in daily sales for the branches.
