Position: Office Clerk

• Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting such as sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet clients warmly.
• Assist in filing duties.
• Reroute calls to appropriate people.
• Help organize office activities.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers.
• Retrieve files for personnel.
• Perform data entry.
• Checking monthly stock lists.
• Key in daily sales for the branches.
• Remuneration - Your salary is at a basic rate of BND$300. 00 and an allowance of BND$112. 00 during probation period. After probation period, your salary will be at a basic rate of BND$480. 00.
• Tabung Amanah Pekerja (TAP) - The employer will pay 5% of the basic salary and the employee will have a 5% deduction from their basic salary payable towards TAP.
