Job Description:

The ISO Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of a comprehensive internal audit system in relation to ISO certifications and Cyber Essentials Plus, and providing support on various operational matters and projects.

Responsibilities: Audit
· Carrying out regular internal audits for ISO certifications and Cyber Essentials Plus · Monitoring the audit cycle programmed to ensure it remains effective and up to date · Acting as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement of the requirements of these four certifications
· Producing and submitting a full audit report on each audit undertaken
· Producing audit summary reports for each audit undertaken
· Ensuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party
· Ensuring all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and ‘Work In Progress’ comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completion
· Conduct follow up audits/checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions are completed
· Engaging with continuous knowledge development regarding each certification’s requirements recommended best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
· Recommending appropriate changes as a result of the audit results to ISO internal Management Systems for Quality, Environment, and information Security where necessary.
· Taking minutes and producing a report for the annual management review meetings for ISO certifications
· Conducting induction training to new joiners on ISO certifications

Standard Compliance Assistance
· Taking minutes at the fortnightly Senior Management Team meeting and the monthly Managers Group meetings where required
· Ensuring appropriate follow-up actions from these meetings are completed
· Responsibility for recording and scoring responses to ISO supplier’s questionnaire · Assisting the SCO and Managing Partner on general matters
· Supporting the Operations and General Manager and Projects Manager on various operational matters and projects
· Providing executive support to the SCO where required

Person Specification – experience and attributes required:
· Experience of conducting internal audits for ISO standards
· Experience of ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 standards preferable
· Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
· High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
· Project co-ordination or assistance experience
· Evidence of interest in and commitment to, the success of the firm and an understanding of and commitment to ISO values
· Experience preferably in a legal or professional services environment
· Ability to handle confidential information and with discretion
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels
· Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
· Enjoy working in a busy environment
· A spirit of co-operation and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
· Ability to effectively priorities, excellent organization
· Ability to multi-task, use initiative and to work well under pressure / to deadlines
· Personable, but professional
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SAP Programs. · The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-time

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 23 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
