Position: IT SUPPORTER
Total Vacancy: 1 Male

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma/HND/BA in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Network & Security, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Minimum at least 3 years experience

JOB description:
Troubleshooting problems with hardware or software applications, including those that involve multiple applications or departments within an organization
• Providing technical support for computer networks to ensure that they are running smoothly
• Performing regular maintenance on computer systems, including updating software and backing up data
• Planning, designing, and implementing security measures to protect computer networks from unauthorized access or attacks.
• Keeping up-to-date information of equipment or software inventory whether within the organization and client’s organizations.
• Working closely with cross department within the organization to provide necessary technical support.

Employment Type: Full Time
