Salary $900-$1200 (Depends on experience)

We are looking for an Interior Designer/Building Coordinator who will be working alongside with the construction management team to make a dream of space a reality. This is a distinctive role for candidate who is passionate in interior design and with strong administration skills to get involved from the start of the project to construction phase.

The Role
• Demonstrated experience and ability in interior detailing and documentation for both small and large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Candidate must be creative and have a commitment to quality design.
• A good degree of proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and good knowledge of utilizing other software such as 3D Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray, Enscape etc.
• Develop strong and productive working relationships with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth job progress and communicate regularly on progress.
• Ensure that office functions (administration, document control, filing system, records etc. ) are effectively managed and organized.
• Maintain and update product range data sheets to ensure most up to date information is available to the greater business.

About You
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Interior / Architectural / Construction related field.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects will be highly regarded.
• You will be a natural organiser and possess the ability to prioritise your workload and meet time constraints.
• Being a self-starter, an excellent team player, and able to own all aspects of your role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative.
• Ability to liaise with suppliers and keep abreast of latest products/ materials.
