This is a great opportunity for potential candidate(s) to join a leading independent estate agency with a high profile network. This organization is involved in a range of building and property marketing activities.

Administrator / Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary
• To work closely with the Managing Director
• Being involved in decision-making processes
• With good organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Excellent research abilities to create an effective advertisement and press release
• Ability to communicate politely with local and foreign clients, in terms of follow-up with rent or sale transactions
• Presentable, results–oriented, dynamic with a pleasant and cheerful personality
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary preferred in a Real Estate company
• Preferably at least 25-35 years old
• Own car essential
• This position is Open to Bruneians and Foreigners
