Responsible for opening & closing and maintaining the branch daily.
Adhere and follow the manual Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Shop Assistance is require to learn the products to improve their product knowledge.
Cashiering and settlement.
Attending to walk-in customers and telephone enquiries.
Sending emails to correspond with other branches, admin and clients.
Receiving and checking stocks from (HQ) Headquarters.
In charge on internal stock transfers, carrying hardware items to warehouse and shop if needed or removing obsolete items.
Pricing and displaying the products.
Requesting products when the stocks inventory is low.
Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop.
Monitoring the overall security of the shop.
Report any repair and maintenance needs to be done in the shop.
Training and monitoring other staffs.
Break time given - 1 hour only.
Working hours: 7:30 am to 7pm.
Prefer male (BRUNEI LOCAL ONLY)
Qualification: National Diploma / IBTE Diploma.
