Are you passionate about coffee and take pride in providing exceptional customer service? If so, Safa Bay Coffee is looking for a part-time Barista to join our team!

The Role:

As a Barista at Safabay Coffee, you´ll play a crucial role in our café experience. Don´t worry if you´re new to the world of coffee or if you haven´t been a barista before, we provide comprehensive training. Here´s what you´ll be doing:

• Mastering the art of coffee making, from preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other drinks following our specific recipes
• Engaging with customers, making them feel welcome, and answering their queries about our menu
• Grinding coffee beans, adjusting grind settings, and learning the ins and outs of our coffee-making equipment
• Ensuring quality control by checking the standard of our coffee products and tweaking brewing methods as needed
• Restocking supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and lids, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Handling cash transactions, balancing the till at the end of your shift
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a pleasant environment for our customers and team members

Requirements:

• A passion for coffee, with previous barista experience a plus
• Flexibility to work part-time, between 3 to 6 days a week, 4 to 6 hours per day, including Sundays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Posses own transport
• 20 - 28 years old
• Citizen or permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam
