• Experience 2-3 years in Service.
• Education Required: GCE O Level.
• Age: 25 - 35 years old.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
transcribing and faxing.
• Own transportation with a valid driving license.
