Position: Jurujual / Sales Trainee

Job Description:

- Greet and direct customers (locate products on behalf of customers).
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products for their cars.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide accurate information (e. g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
- Answer customer’s questions about specific products/services.
- Coordinate with other Sales Advisors to provide excellent customer service (especially during busy times).
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful ma
er.
- Provide customer’s feedback to Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.

Requirements

- Able to work long hours
- No transportation problem
- Highly motivated and sales target driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a team with minimal supervision
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role
