Position: Kitchen Crew
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Comply to SOP for cooking and preparation
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Operate cooking equipment such as deep-fryers etc.
• Read food order printed tickets or receive instructions as to food entered by Branch Manager and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Wash, cut and prepare food designated for cooking.
• Clean, stock and restock workstations according to Health Unit standard and regulations.

Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 21 - 28 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Allowances: B$ 30
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
Benefit: TAP & SCP Annual Leave Food Allowance
