Position: Kitchen Crew cum Delivery Rider
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female
• Cooking - Prepare and cooks ingredients and food according SOP
• Sanitation Compliance: Maintain proper food safety and sanitation regulations
• Inventory Assistance: Maintain stock inventories
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Comply to SOP for cooking and preparing food ordered by each customer, working of several different orders simultaneously.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared to SOP
• Operate coking equipment such as deep-fryers etc
• Read food order printed tickets or receive instructions as to food entered by service crew/ Branch Manager/ Operation Manager and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Wash, cut and prepare food designated for cooking.
• Clean, stock and restock workstations according to Health Unit standard and regulations.
• Regulate temperature of deep-fryers.

Education Required: National Vocational Certificate (NVC) or equivalent (NTC)
Age: 21 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 1--3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Allowances: B$ 30
