3 Vacancies Male/Female working 8 hour shifts
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for prep work of main kitchen.
2. Responsible for cooking, grilling, roasting, boiling, etc. food items except for the sauces.
3. Responsible for plating of food items.
4. Responsible for dish-washing at end of day.
5. Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
6. Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered.
7. Responsible for receiving incoming food orders.
8. Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform.
9. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Knowledge of kitchen sanitation.
2. Basic cooking skills.
3. Basic reading and math skills.
4. Ability to measure ingredients accurately.
5. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
6. Ability to understand and carry out directions.
7. Ability to multi-task on few orders at any one time.
