Position: Kitchen cutter
Total Vacancy: 1 Male
• responsible to weight and measure correctly for a number of dishes to cook
• responsible for preparing any number of dishes
• keep track of what supplies as necessary must have knowledge of food preparation, production and processing
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCED IN PREPARING FOOD LIKE CATERING FOR Wedding occasions, birthday occasions etc.
• preparing items prior to a meal service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or cleaning seafood.
• must be able to multi-task and work as a team
• CHINESE IS AN ADVANTAGE
• Minimum of 3 (three) years restaurant/hotel or banquet cooking experience in position of responsibility such as prep cook, line cook, or Sous chef.
• Knowledge of gourmet foods and specialty dishes preferred.
Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 22 - 40 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
