POSITION: ACCOUNTING CLERK (Local only)
VACANCY: 1 (FEMALE OR MALE)
SALARY: (During probation $400)
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACCOUNTING CLERK PERFORM VARIOUS ACCOUNTING AND CLERICAL TASKS TO SUPPORT OUR OFFICE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bookkeeping and general accounting
2. Manage invoices
3. Record Keeping
4. Sort all mail and prepare outgoing mail.
5. Prepare Documents.
6. Set up a meeting.
7. Keep track and process of all account works.
8. Do all weekly expenses.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Local or PR only
2. Proven experience will be preferred.
3. Very good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
4. Handling paper works, letters, emails and phone calls.
5. Able to do formal & informal letter.
6. Able to drive anywhere with own car to submit documents to Government Department, Banks & Site.
7. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
8. Have own transport.
9. Able to write and speak fluent English & Malay. Can speak Korean will be an advantage.
10. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply while 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
11. Excellent organizational skills with pleasant manners
12. Hardworking, aggressive, energetic, and well disposed of with a positive attitude.
13. Able to work under pressure and independently.
14. Committed to work.
