Position: Logistic Coordinator
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female

Job Responsibilities

• To arrange the best optimal routes, transportation modes and specific carriers for the company for the purpose of forwarding of the consignment of goods.
• To arrange clearance of all relevant process involved at the Port including customs clearance, preparation of necessary documentations and proofs, and logistical arrangements in freight forwarding services.
• To manage the vessels staff movement of personnel transfers.
• Medical services for vessels staff and contractors including arranging appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Education required National Diploma or Higher.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Outstanding organizational, computer literate and coordination abilities.
• Fluent spoken in Malay and English.

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 55 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 300 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
