Job Details:

Position: Loyalty and Retention Manager
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing strategies for post-acquisition customer communications, customer marketing & Customer Lifecycle Management which includes customer engagement by reaching out to new and existing customers and develop campaigns for sustaining customer loyalty and retention.

Job Accountabilities:

1. Define post-acquisition customer communications strategy including identifying effective customer comms channels and mediums for each customer type (segment, micro segment)
2. Own Progresif brand voice towards customer and ensure all communications are timely, relevant and responsive Own Progresif Lexicon (brand language), word bank, brand specific terms and phrases and brand language guidelines (such as message structures)

- Define customer marketing strategy so that the company can effectively use post-acquisition messaging designed specifically to revenue growth (customer generated revenue)

4. Identify appropriate post-acquisition customer interaction points, where Progresif can include calls for action, incentives and links (URLs) with an aim to engineer customer spend
5. Define and execute activities (focused on current customers) that are aimed at enabling Progresif to earn additional revenue from existing clientele, maximising profitability of each customer and preventing customers from seeking competition
6. Implement Customer Journey and Experience strategy, Retention strategy, Churn Prevention Program, Loyalty Programs.

8. Plan and roll-out campaigns relating to retention and loyalty programs therefore have full responsibility for defining and implementing these strategies, campaigns and programs in all customer lifecycle phases that specifically increase loyalty, promote retention and provide rewards

10. Understand the competitive strategies and primary drivers for churn and turns these insights into actionable strategies.

12. Identify and resolve customer issues through creative sales techniques i. e. creative thinking, and exercise creative consultations and sales techniques to persuade customer in continuing using Progresif products and services

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Professional Communication and Media
• 5 years in PR/Corporate Communications/Marketing/Sales or equivalent (customer care experience)
• Experience in designing loyalty & retention programmes and/or Finance related role is an advantage
• 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles
• Professional certificates / training in Customer Relationship and Customer Value Management
• Proficient in using advance Microsoft application (Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Visio)
• Proficient in using CRM system

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 5, 500 / Month
Allowances: B$ 150
Employment Type: Full Time
