Position: MARKETING ADMIN SPECIALIST
Total Vacancy: 5 Male/Female
The main purpose of the job:
• Provide valuable sale and marketing admin support to F&B business.
• Purchase requisition/Purchase order goods/Goods receipt process.
• Trades spend and claim.
• Marketing event and claims.
• Regulatory and product registration.
• 2nd party distributor reports
• Other administrative requirements
Job discretion should contain the following requirements and qualifications:
• Graduate of a bachelor degree course or college level preferably business administration, management or marketing related.
• Experience in F&B is a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Highly organize and keen on details
• Able to communicate effectively, orally and written, to different kinds of people including foreign nationals.
• Good analytical skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Quick learner and adapter
• 2 years of experience as a marketing or similar role.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
