Create a multi-channel marketing content strategy by curating content, building an editorial calendar, writing creative copy and coordinating design layouts for marketing content.
Social media management, including fielding client engagement and establishing a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Organise, oversee and develop promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, etc. to generate leads and drive sales.
Compiling statistical information and generating analysis report to monitor performance across various platforms.
Allocating and managing financial budgets for paid advertising, sponsored web content and marketing campaigns.
Generating sales by conducting market research, sourcing new clients, identifying new business opportunities and pitching new business ideas to help drive revenue.
Marketing, advertising and supporting events within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
Liaising with other internal departments (creative, logistics, admin, sales, production, video, digital etc. ), on the technical delivery of projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time.
Be able to speak, type and read in English. Bonus if able to communicate in Malay or Chinese.
Be able to drive for site visits, market research, and to meet clients.
