Massage Therapist

Position Summary :
We are a new upscale spa looking to hire a male massage therapist. The therapist must have

a thorough knowledge of numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of body

treatments and willing to be trained in our spa’s specific services. He must be able to

effectively offer wellness solutions to meet the needs of clients.

General Responsibilities
Remain courteous and professional in serving or responding to customers.
Ensure clients complete their personal information and any specific disclosures.
Ensure the onboarding of clients and their documentations are performed in accordance to

the established guidelines.
Maintains client confidentiality and sensitivity during client interactions.
Maintains the cleanliness of the therapy room/s and premises, including all supplies as well

as equipment for the spa services.
Communicates effectively on procedures based on client’s needs and requirements.
Able to deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and

manicure/ pedicure).
Ensure payments received are recorded and documented in accordance to established

guidelines.
Participates in marketing and promotion campaigns as when required.
Maintaining stocks and inventory of products, supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
A minimum of 100 hours of training or certificate and completed in a massage therapy

training or education.
Certificate from an accredited massage therapy establishment or an internationally

accredited certification.
Able to build relationships with clients for customer loyalty and the promotion of other

products and services.

Experiences:
Trained in a number of massage therapies.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Good communication skills including ability to speak/ read English.
Working knowledge in all aspects of Spa management.
Team player.
